Welcome to Excell Design & Build! My name is Mike Sage and I am a 3rd generation builder. My earliest memories are of being on my dad's job site watching and then later learning what would become my career. As a teenager I spent my summers on my dad’s multi-family apartment construction sites, craving the knowledge that I now use on my jobs today. After those teenage years spent working on my dad’s jobs, I ventured out and worked for Northwood Construction on many multi-family apartment units and residential homes. Later, I worked for Cascade Construction, where I worked on remodeling homes in the Seattle, Washington area for many years. I have had a construction company of my own for 20 years now, and I still rely on the values and techniques that my father taught me. I have added to that the knowledge and experience that I have gained from many professionals along the way. I have also worked on many green home projects and have been privileged to work with many professionals whose knowledge and experience in this field has been invaluable.

We offer a full range of building services in Spokane, WA area; the Seattle metropolitan area, Eastside, and Snohomish County communities; and in the Tri-Cities, including Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco. We do custom homes, remodels and additions, and green building.
